Community Based Connections, Inc. (CBCI), through the Awesome Dad Awesome Men (ADAM) Project, offers the HEART Family Strengthening Program. This five-year initiative supports adults, parents, and couples in strengthening relationships, improving parenting skills, enhancing family stability, and promoting economic well-being.

Program Highlights

Curriculum-based workshops
(minimum 12 hours per participant)

Annual couples retreat opportunities

Parenting and relationship-building sessions

Job and career advancement
support through local partners

Mental health and counseling referrals

Case management and
comprehensive family services

Transportation and childcare support during workshops

Eligibility

All families in West Palm Beach are eligible, including:

Single parents

Married or unmarried couples

Fathers and mothers

Expecting parents

Co-parenting partners

Adults seeking to strengthen relationships, communication or family dynamics

There are no incomes restrictions and participants may self-refer or be referred by partner agencies.
